High speed drill, grinder

I needed to re-sharpen an end mill that I'd messed up milling hard cast iron and I needed it quickly, so I put together this drill holder out of some scrap.

I managed to sharpen the end mill by hand, but I am going to add a mill cutter holder, so that I can achieve a more accurate cutting edge.
